Do They Know It's Christmas? It's Christmastime, there's no need to be afraid. At Christmastime, we let in light and we banish shade And in our world of plenty we can spread a smile of joy. Throw your arms around the world at Christmastime. But say a prayer, pray for the other ones. At Christmastime it's hard, but when you're having fun. There's a world outside your window, and it's a world of dread and fear. Where the only water flowing is the bitter sting of tears. And the Christmas bells that ring there are the clanging chimes of doom. Well tonight thank God it's them instead of you. And there won't be snow in Africa this Christmastime. The greatest gift they'll get this year is life(Oooh). Where nothing ever grows, no rain or rivers flow. Do they know it's Christmastime at all? Here's to you raise a glass for everyone. Here's to them underneath that burning sun. Do they know it's Christmastime at all? Feed the world, let them know it's Christmastime again. -- Posted 2005-12-02 by Matias Vangsnes. I used time and resources to filter the amount of good mood as a result. I will write more of this as I develop my skills of "real life SQL". And soon its Christmas time and this can cause trouble when time, resources and good mood are balanced again. Code example below. SELECT * FROM nice.gifts WHERE time < '1 hour' AND the.receiver BETWEEN 'not sad' AND 'good mood' -- Posted 2005-11-26 by Matias Vangsnes. Hi, I reckon it's my duty to give a brief report on the restaurant "125" in Ica, Peru: It's overlooking the main square, and is only a few very short minutes from the driest desert on earth. The restaurant serves solid food on semi solid tables. Air quality: great. If you're a gringo your meal will be: Fries; regardless of what you order, and if you don't master the lingo, you will end up with milk with coffee as opposed to coffee with milk. I'm no gringo though. I live here now, in the desert itself. It's real hot. http://trumpet.org.uk/img/AAA017.JPG http://trumpet.org.uk/img/AAA021.JPG I snatched a 125 biz card for the 125 collection. Does anyone have a mission for me in PERU? Amazonas next: for a long, long time. Yours, Anders -- Posted 2005-11-05 by Anders. It was also quite interesting to hear Alex Foti and schleuser.net when they talked from an artist’s perspective about the market and how they behave against these strong forces. One thing which stroked me was that there is a conflict between working as an artist and follow your political instinct. Here and there I heard people talking (when there was a open discussion) about the capitalistic forces as something solid, a mass conspiracies against the poor artist who barely could stand against this strong movement. Anyway, I truly recommend this type of isolated workshops, specially if it’s a contemporarily theme, then you can have as fun as I did. -- Posted 2005-10-06 by Matias Vangsnes. Here is what it does. "The word break tag (wbr) identifies a place where a word can be broken, or where a line can be broken within a block." Useful? Yes in some cases, but I have never had the honnor. -- Posted 2005-09-30 by Matias Vangsnes.
